I asked for shortfall and got none, not upset by it though. Management probably have to consider many things, who supported the IPO, who will support future funding rounds, who would dump oppies on open etc etc.

It's frustrating being a small fry in this game but reality is the company has to keep in good with the broker and the broker has to keep in good with the clients and the majority of shareholders will forgive you a thousand sins for a 100% rise in share price so most us us little fellas are way down the Chairmans VIP list.
