what a great position to be in whilst being able to pursue other opportunitites, and the debt free part of the equation is massive as well.

I'm normally a trader (bulk of the time) but i'm holding this one and accumulating on the dips.

I'm happy to hop in now and take on extra risk as opposed to buying in at $1 later on down the track.
