tlm probably has similar quality ground to sfr but is only a fraction of the market cap. its advantage over sfr is that it is backed by a proven company maker with virtually unlimited cash (harmanis, the jubilee founder). it looks like a great buying opp leading up to the first drilling results in the next few weeks. If the sfr strike is shown to continue into tlm's ground it should test $1-$1.50 on the day of the ann.
