I’m bidding in the book build - lots of upside here. Great structure too to avoid flippers.

Raising $7.35m at 9.1c for WC, exploration, battery test work. So a pretty small raise.

The smart part of the structure is that there is a 1 for 10 option to ALL shareholders at the record date of 24th Sep.

That means if you sell your shares before then you don’t get the options or alternatively if you buy shares post the trading halt being lifted you will get the options - hopefully that helps the post market.

Options have a 9.1c strike and super short expiry of 23/10/21. If you exercise your options you will receive another option with a strike of 20c. Expiry is around 2 years and the options will be listed.

Very clever structure so well don’t to the bankers on this one.
