Surprised certain posters are saying IOU don't get $4m per year. I would say with more certainty they do, as the two owners would be paying themselves dividends every year, so therefore IOU will get a slice of that. Most private companies pay dividends to their owners - its how small/medium business mostly operate after all.
Also, we are discussing profits - expenses, capital requirements etc would be taken out, and therefore the $10mil left-over would likely be paid out.
At the end of the day, we don't have the shareholders agreement to look at, so not sure why some posters speak in fact. But we do know that IOU's statements will likely record profit between $4-5mil per year, and hopefully that will continue to grow.
