re: Ann: iSOFT Share Purchase Plan and Divide... I thought the net debt to equity was 21% from memory. At least this SPP is based on a 5% discount on where the share price trades rather than at a fixed discount so it is unlikely to have a large negative effect on the share price. Therefore if some good announcements come out, you won't have the share price being capped like it normally would with a fixed price discount.
