I understand that PE ratio is an indicator but it needs to be assessed and compared with other factors to find whether it is high or low. For example, REA has had a PE ratio fluctuating between 30 to 60 in the last few years while RIO has had a PE ratio fluctuating between 7.5 and 14.
In terms CDA, many of the factors show this company is growing significantly (that is why PE is growing too) such as:
1. net profit increased by ~50%
2. earning per share increased by more than 50%
3. dividend increased by ~50%
4. etc
Please correct me if I have missed some thing.
