It's no surprise that the backyard wannabe environmental 'group' called aid/watch submitted a lengthy public review. This 'group' have since 2013/14 been in cahoots with the terrible three (WT, YBY, and Fuzzy) working against LYC.

Basically, they submitted a lengthy letter with the usual rubbish, doing everything they could to try and antagonise LYC. But LYC's last comment in the review response really sums it up beautifully:

'The IAEA concluded in its 2015 report that “… the fears demonstrated by those who oppose the continuation of the operations did not find
any support on scientific evidence.”'

Beyond the waffle of the review, there are some nuggets. For example, I think LYC should have made an Ann that a study was recently (July) published in the reputable Nature publishing group re Condisoil ('PG organic' in the study):

A very detailed study, which concludes:
'Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the application of PG organic had no impact on the environment (in soil and plants) at the studied location. The BAC, CF, I-geo and PLI showed that there was no accumulation of metal ions in grain, and no contamination and no pollution occurred in borehole water and the BRIS soil that received applications of PG organic. These data indicated that the use of PG organic as a soil conditioner in sandy soil is safe for the soil–plant-water ecosystem.'
