I have only heard of a company doing that about 2 times before HAW doing it now...in my 10 years. Maybe its been heaps more but seriously...the company rings people and asks shareholders do they need help to fill out the paper work to participate in the cap raising?
Come on HAW...how about directors go in for a big chunk of shares since they pulled out half a million each.
They've halved the share price due to poor credibility imo and now are almost begging for shareholders to buy into the SPP.
Really poor form and in my opinion a faultless way to ruin the company's future.
