I think you are spot on Meph, it is a short timeframe if you were going to have to start from scratch in generating investor interest, which means they must have a pretty good idea already re possibilities. Their statements for the last 2 years or so have almost all made some reference to exploring JV possibilities with prospective partners or being engaged in discussions with interested parties. Clearly, if all these 'discussions' had come to nothing, starting from scratch would seem a pretty tall order and not something they would show the level of confidence about that they are exhibiting in the current announcements. Coupled with my view expressed yesterday that they are embarking on multiple projects with no money in the bank, my feeling/conclusion is that the deal, whatever it is, is almost done.
