I cannot see the ASX allowing an ASX announcement that says, ATC has entered into Non disclosure agreements with Two top German Automakers. The ASX would want the companies names where ATC isn't able to disclose who they are or they will breach the NDA.

We should be able to work out who these two top manufactures are likely to be, with their connections with either SGL Carbon, Germany's Fraunhofer (ATC has conducted HPA battery testing) and Ferroglobe (silicon).

BMW, VW, Mercedes, Audi and Porsche

I think BWM will be the most likely, Two of the advisory board members of BWM (and large shareholders) are also significant shareholder in SGL Carbon.




Klatten -- whose father Herbert Quandt helped rescue BMW in the late 1950s -- is Germany’s second-richest person with a fortune valued at US$18.6 billion, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index. She has also built up holdings in chemicals company Altana AG and carbon producer SGL Carbon SE.

Both he and his sister have seats on BMW’s supervisory board.
