    If there is a TO from MIN, it will be the lowest offer possible. Their boss is a businessman looking for good assets at the basement price.

    Check EGO and AGO story. Gina got Atlas for peanuts, because MIN offered ridiculously low price initially ( 4c from memory). Atlas was on the ropes, but had good assets. Check Atlas now. &380m profit last year.
