NSW is just over 77% single dose now, so providing everyone gets their second dose, 80% double dose will occur about November. Other states, like WA, I agree will lag behind because they're not under lockdown, so there's no pressure to get vaccinated because life is "normal." But they will continue to be cut off from other states until they hit that target. Another issue is wayward premiers who want 110% plus the neighbour's cat vaccinated. Australia is a Federation like China is a free and fair democracy.
