My take on charts this weekend -
DAILY - RSI about 51, MOM flat and OBV falling, MCD has gone into minus these last few days (lower highs), CCI about
-175 and DMI yellow with ADX about 50.
Note - announcements have been sold into.
WEEKLY - RSI about 51, MOM flat at +40%, OBV falling, MCD back into negative, CCI down about 100 to +200 and DMI
green with ADX about 50.
MONTHLY - remains a big concern and my opinion here has not changed.
Oil prices - think average and storms pass but US going into winter with Delta strain outbreaks. China being supplied by ME and drawing down on reserves as well. Where might the price of oil be in a couple of months?
SOI remains a problem and a lot already factored in here with flow as well maybe.
At best a hold but currently buying interest appears to have disappeared and maybe not seen as such a bargain.
We may have to wait for the 2 further wells to see solid price action this year. Plus Bradbury of course.
