Institutions/underwriters are currently committed to a minimum 75% of the capital raising(Excluding the A$ 15000 SPP),
retail investors MAYBE committed to a MAXIMUM 25% if they take up the entire retail component of the offer.



So it is more in the interest of the underwriters/institutions to ensure as far as practicable that the sp is maintained as high as possible as there interest is a MINIMUM 75% of the capital raising.
