IMO we should be publicly demonstrating about the growing
wealth gap in Aus, the foreign ownership of our resources and big businesses,
the tax burden on average working Aussies while hundreds of Multinationals
    avoid Aussie corporate tax completely.

Individual income tax & GST (all paid by the Aussie individual) amounts to 3 time
the tax paid by corporations. In a resource rich country like Aus that should be 50/50
IMO, so that the average Aussie can fairly benefit from the "Lucky Country"

Add to that automation and global outsourcing, and the prospect for the average
Aussie increasing his/her standard of living is bleak while the uber rich/billionaires
accrue wealth at a rate of knots; thanks to successive Governments who have failed
    to fairly tax.

IMO, it is ridiculous for a person on $40K P/A to have to pay $3500 income tax while hoards of
Multinations with $billions of revenue pay diddly squat !

Now, Hairyback, that would be something worthwhile to publicly demonstrate about but
I guess the mainstream media and the powers that be are happy that the plebs are
demonstrating about phantom freedoms when the real freedom is owning ones country
and a decent income so that the average Aussie can truely enjoy economic freedom .
