there will provably be around 15-20% unvaxxed and there is probbaly another 10-15% that got the jab but feel wronged that they were coerced ....and then there's probably another 10-20% that were happy to take the jab but feel strongly that jabs should not be coerced and the unjabbed should not be vilified
the fist two cohorts will go after the incumbent government with a retribution vote
the third cohort may not be as motivated to punish so long as they get what was promised "full freedoms with double vax"....any changing of the goal posts will weaponise this group as well against the criminals in power.
