It's 75% Einstein . You also have no idea at this stage how the project will be funded . Also
the resource is so massive obtaining the funding and repaying that money will not be an issue . 4 off takes already in the bag for roughly $1.4 Billion in value is a nice place to start at least . And of course as you pointed out Africa is far to unstable to have a mining industry . IMO
