If I was OPEC i'd show him the finger. It wasn't long ago that shale oil threatened the Saudis but the US kept finding the stuff and that affected the price. I'm sure OPEC have long memories but it will all come down to who has the greater leverage. With the US weakening for now I would say it is OPEC / Saudis but who knows I don't move around in such exalted circles.
