    ~62% of GOM oil/gas still offline according to the latest from the regulator as of a few hours ago....

    Assuming rig is still on contract day today would be day 38 and counting ...... the well was scheduled to take 23 days to drill .......looks to be a few mill cost overrun right there ....

    SM#71 revenue likely down ~$1M to date and what looks to be a few mill drilling overrun might put the breaks on any further drilling regardless of E#2 outcome.
