I think if the company was selling physical products then they may be diversifying a bit too much. But I think they can bundle all the different scanners together into one package and sell it that way, kind of like Adobe suite. As far as I know, they have only been focusing on the liver and nothing else. You can have a sales team trying to sell the current products while having an R&D team creating new products. It just takes a long time to get approvals.
