Forget about any takeover at all. This BOD have not resigned from other Tier 1 companies and the like to build WBT and get it where it is now and advance to possibly being a TIER 1 in the future to let a company come in with deep pockets to buy them out.
Start thinking about the value of what we could be in 5-10 yrs time
