It doesn't follow that 60% of Australians will be outcast.
I'm confidence we will reach 70% vaccination rates. Additionally as people get frustrated by the consequences of their decision not to be vaccinated, the number of vaccinated people will increase. So its plausible that 20% of Australians will find they are unable to fully participate in the activities they would like to - thats their choice. They will have to weigh up the pros and cons.
