The fact is even with a ML there is no certainty that it will be mined. I can't see the AVZ circus being organized to build a mine. Their resume is kinda ordinary. There is no big players from the big end of town to drive unless they bring in fresh blood. This will culminate in a swoop from CCP, who already have the majority votes to takeover for peanuts. Like taking candy off a baby Ferguson....
