COVID defense has to be multiple pronged, tracing (NSW was failing to trace 80% of cases when they decided to stop reporting), isolation (NSW was failing to fully isolate 90% when they stopped reporting), social measures, TREATMENTS (there are treatments out there for the critically ill inculding Australian companies like Mesoblast's Remestemcel-L that combined with Dexamethasone reduce mortality in <65's by >70% in ventilated C-19 ARDS patients ) and vaccines (that are still supply constrained despite political blustering).

Qantas is bleeding cash and will continue to bleed cash when NSW is effectively closed to all other states. Capital raising necessary soon.

Thank you Dr Bedger ....... on another note is there any truth in the rumour that resident nay sayer and shorter Tony has finally succumbed to the pressures of his shorting Qantas and cut his by now massive losses ??????
