I've watched a few of this blokes videos and streams now and to be honest my view of him is he seems a very bright young man, but at the end of the day he's just having a crack like the rest of us. I also believe if you spread yourself too thin, as in, try to know a bit about nearly every stock out there you end up knowing not quite enough about all of them instead of getting to know a few inside out. This fella seems to want to be able to talk about nearly everything out there and people watch his vids to see if he'll say "I think it's gonna be really interesting to see if they can execute on x,y,z going forward' and give them a little confirmation bias dopamine hit. He casts a very wide webb over the ASX ensuring he gets as many views as he can....cause he's making money out of it.... anyway i've ranted on him for longer than I wanted and i'll say again he seems a really good bloke, but would expect to find many absolute pearls of investing wisdom from him? Probably not.

I take the point about keeping an eye over the fence at what the competition are up too. However I believe also that the simple mathmatics of the situation regarding electrification and the growth of BEV's will dictate that no matter what whoever is up to, it won't affect Talga's ability to ride the exponential growth wave. I feel too many investors turn themselves inside out worrying about new tech eclipsing whatever it is they are invested in sometimes, when the reality is the next 'new big thing' is quite often ten years plus in the making and even then, will they be able to meet the needs of the entire adressable market? Because we all know that it's going to be mind bogglingly huge, that's why we are here as investors in this segment of the market. For economy of scale I don't think you will be able to go past TLG once they get up and running, the mine to market infrastructure that they are putting in to place to feed as much of the European demand as they can is truely impressive... This is not all just in response to Novonix and whatever those guys are up to, more musing about owning stocks in companies and the future in general.

At the end of the day as I see it the only ones who can get in our way are the Swedish government and ourselves, if somehow we were to commit a series of disasturous own goals... I really don't see the latter happening under MT's stewardship, and the former seems to me at least to be becoming more remote by the day. You can hang on the sidelines now if you like Talga and wait for those permits to be locked in and then join the mad scramble for shares or take the punt now.. I've taken a massive punt ... geez I hope I'm / we're right!

Good luck to all...not financial advive, blah blah blah
