Did everyone notice the bots pushing the price up on close? As has been alluded to earlier the dropping price last week looked like a small number of retail holders selling as the bots pushed the price down. My guess is they now have their set allocation and they're happy to push the price up for a few days, let the buy side build up and the price slowly rise, then dump what they bought into the buy in a few days time. They've been doing it for weeks (months) and it's why the price is so stable at these levels. That's my guess anyway!
