Any Malaysians here with some insights? I'm curious as to why they spent $43M on a business that provides short term financing to government employees, this is anything but a high tech growth business and should be valued on lower multiples. It'll also be difficult to pivot the business with a non-controlling stake and I don't see that changing due to the strict Bumiputera ownership requirement?
