Why would they change direction of the business? IOU covers short term and IDSB covers long term. Either way Iou has a finger in the pie. I couldn't see any reason to change the business direction. According to the announcement, both entities will run separately aside from board positions being taken up by IOU employees. Existing management of IDSB have been in business for a long time. It's a safe haven for the cash imo.
