There is one more issue that i think has not been discussed in the forum.

From the announcement we see that the sale of assets program was not going as soomthly as most people expected, probably most bidders wanted to buy DBCT at a dirt-cheap price.

BBI has a much better chance to sell DBCT at a reasonable price than before IMO, as announcing the cornerstone investor will increase competition between seriouse buyers.
