A cap raise for the right reasons such as strategic acquisitions is absolutely fine. I am sure Z1P will hit a 50% price increase before HUM. Let's face it, as shareholders the SP increase is all we care about. if you say otherwise, investing ain't for ya mate. You might as well invest in a charity.
