If the ord holders come out worse, with a diluted SP of 1 or 2 cents, why bother, vote it down and kill the company. The board doesnt deserve their jobs let alone get any help putting a deal like this together.

I can understand BEPPA/SPACS voting yes and trying to salvage something but BBI ords will have zip.

I feel sorry for SPACs the most we are only a couple of months away and they would have at least converted at face value and had the chance to dump there shares on the market.
