forward PE is unfortunately not 10, unless one is looking at FY23/24 earnings.
However when buying companies with cyclical low earnings, one doesn't expect low PE's. In my opinion, one looks 'through' the low "E" to where a mid point "E" will lie.
Yield again is unlikely to be 7.5% in the near term, again, with a view point to FY23/24 earnings, then yes its possible.
