speedy response, but like nailing smoke to a wall
the response, to paraphrase..... the approval is federal and they are still awaiting the state ministers sign off. only then do they consider it worthy of announcing.
I don't think this is sufficient so I have gone back with specific questions regarding
- when was V made aware of port capacity issues?
- In penning the new strategy was it costed and does is vary from the BFS?
Why is it so hard? if he can't answer these..... do we collectively need to find the next cab off the rank?
