That's a ridiculous assertion.
Lets take Invigo share holders/owners. They built and invested in a company that had a reported value of 10m AUD and if I recall correctly returning 10% pa. They swapped this company for shares in CRO.
I would suggest they have 10m AUD to lose at a min.
Clearly they consider the shares are worth more than the 10m AUD.
