    it's irrelevant that the accused offender denies it, of course he's going to deny it. The real question he needs answer is why did he hurriedly leave without her? He could hardly say that she took off her own clothes and he got scared and ran away? Or perhaps he could claim she must have taken off her own clothes after he hurriedly left, then must have gone to sleep? Both scenario's make little sense.
