Yes it's probably going to be a tough gig to convict this bloke unless there's evidence which we aren't privy to such as what did the cleaners find when they cleaned up? Logic would tell any reasonable person that something took place in that office which the accused is denying.

that is what has to be proven by the prosecution, not undressing, or fouling around, or the guys a loser, or whatever else someone may think.
