Ann: Clarification of Announcement, page-22

Personally I don't see the point of the article. It's all old news which The Australian hasn't bothered to write about before and a very one sided view and quite generic. There is a distinct lack of balance and objectivity and I don't believe its clear or concise what the article is about? Articles should be current and all it seems to do is come across as an attack on management/governance previous record, with no counterbalance to each of their critiques. Always two sides to a story. Funnily not one comment from a verified source but rather a 'no comment' from Smith and the statement 'from all accounts' - whose accounts? Where did they get Sukh Energy from? if its confidential and cannot be released to the ASX - this absolutely stinks to me and really poor journalism. Will have zero effect on SP this article but if it does motivate management to do better, than it will be a good thing.
