Not only that.
If anyone wants to do a full T/O of BOW, he does not have to deal with anyone else. Only the Management of BOW and it's shareholders.
A full takoever can be done without the worry of someone else being there hampering in the deal, and/or having a controlling stake.
That on his own, IMHO, is worth some extra money in the shares.
