When PRU was upgrading its mine and plant, PRU hoovered around $0.30 to $0.45/share range for 2 years. Once PRU new mine started, just within few months, PRU rallies to $1.5/Share.

Moral of story is : If a company has good asset and good grades, hang around as long as you can, as one never knows when the rally will start.

POS High Grade Mineralisation & Quality Assets are massive. Just matter of time, before it rally.
