Vaughan is an exec director? He plays a monumental part in the growth in this company, and provides a huge amount of growth experience with M2 and Vocus.
If we lose him (or his credibility), UWL may lose the ability and/or connections required to acquire other businesses and keep the growth going. His reputation could be tarnished..
I sure hope not though, a company with this quality of management is rare.
