You would not be able to run four loads at night.
It is about 26 hours return trip.
They have to allow time to get to port fully loaded,but slightly down hill in places so say a time of 11 hours to port,4 hours to off load and 11 hours to get back empty.
They would have to leave the mine at least four hours apart to allow one to offload as the next is arriving.Then two more on the way at,at least four hour intervals.
The four hours to offload and move out of the offload area I am guessing that amount of time to offload 110 wagons.
Each train set and wagons I would guess to be around 2kls long.
