2 part question;
1. is there an expected date for the OTC to initiate trades?
2. how do the mechanics work? ie if there is an OTC bid, who is the counter-party to offer shares? Where does the volume (offer) come from?
sorry. OTC have a lot of explanations on dual listings but none on how their settlement process works with reference to the ‘home’ stock.
