I see this as a brilliant way to by pass the LeCunn’s and Davies of this world.

History is littered with examples of incumbents thwarting the adoption of new and better ideas and technology.

Take Intel they have hundreds of employed data scientists and engineers bound to the direction that an historically spent budget of hundreds of millions of dollars has purchased/ingrained.

We have all worked under this form of legacy as it is not exclusive to one industry or group. Good ideas that highlight the inadequacy of the status quo are seldom brought forward by young innovative thinkers.

What Rasberry Pi AKIDA will do is allow the innovative thinkers in these organisations to explore in their own time a solution outside the strictures of their work place using AKIDA which would otherwise not be available.
