Adrian has no previous involvement with Greenshoots or Lithium Digital. Cirralto wanted to acquire Lithium Digital but the Trust structure that was in place could not be acquired by Cirralto and, therefore, Lithium Digital had to be restructured/rebranded into Greenshoots. They used the 'Not Another Cloud Company' ABN for the shell to create Greenshoots. Adrian gifted Lithium Digital/Greenshoots the ABN for the restructure and was not paid for it, nor is he a shareholder in Greenshoots. Both Lithium Digital and Greenshoots will cease to exist once the acquisition is complete.
This is all being blown out of proportions!
