pay attention to what Siglo1 said. People need to remember that all business aren't clear cut in their structure. There's trusts etc put in place for various reasons be that tax reasons, protection of personal assets, especially with small businesses. So everybody needs to untangle their knickers, talk about a storm in a tea cup, this is the real world not the perfect world. I for one have no issue after the explanation from Siglo, makes perfect sense.
