hi SS and appreciate your response but I don’t agree fundamentals are getting weaker - all you use for this is dilution of shares, and not having a true understanding of the costs of funding. If you have questions here send them through to MNS to answer and please share.

I dont see dilution as an issue (this is used to scaremonger people on any stock) as it’s being used to create and increase revenue - the business is moving to full production in NY. Furthermore we have potential US listing, money being spent on resettlement in Nachu to start work there, the sector is about to take off, huge US investment in this sector, state of the art technology through C4V (and I don’t care if it’s exclusive or not as we can’t produce enough to be exclusive. I’d rather With our 10% shareholding C4V has many agreements out there which is starting to come to fruition with the Indian deal) , we now have a strong board and secured $1BAUD binding off take agreements. Ok they haven’t released who these are as yet but I’m in many other stocks which don’t release due to NDA’s which are commonly signed for many reasons. I’m sure the ASX would have looked into this prior to MNS announcing as it does have a material affect on the SP. Regardless even if they don’t have any contracts as yet, with their tech they will have an oversupply of buyers for the current capacity. This is the least of my worry.

my point with the article is how do we know that’s one of the agreements - it’s heresay atm and most likely come from a disgruntled ex employee and may not even be true.

I agree management do need to step up and the lack of understanding about that $5M loan is extremely poor and as shareholders we need to keep them accountable. They absolutely need to be all over the financial management of the company over the next 6-12 months and it would be good to receive updates or forward projections regarding when we are in semi automated and then full automated production. Would provide further confidence. What is the expected revenue at full production?

people need to remember this is still a specie stock with history but now moving in a different direction and there are risks with any specie stock. However with the way the world is moving forward being green and NY being close to production, I’m happy to invest until full production and review again then as I strongly believe the upside outweighs the negatives atm.
