My thoughts.
I believe prior to listing on the LSE, there shall be another prospectus. I believe this will be in the order of $40m (I'll use aud for ease of calculation.) for associated costs, working capital and acquisitions/ further expansion. This prospectus will contain a purchase price per share. There may be attaching options, they may go to shareholders and/or institutions. It's this price, that will provide a guide for the ultimate opening trading price. My bet is between 20 to 50cents (equivalent/current holdings) per share. Just a guess, perhaps someone with LSE minimum listing price could let us know. IMO, NFA.
