will it run upon jv announcement.??, page-11

Had my eye on this one for a few weeks now, just trying to do a bit of homework and I have learnt that we are all hanging out for a JV approval with Vietnam Government company (forgot the name). Seems like everyone's sentiment on here is that the JV deal has a very good chance of going through, what are the downsides of this stock? Please point me in the right direction as i go through the posts in this forum.
