Absolutely the tax payer as the employer needs to fund action against it. Like I said if Porter was being sued in his capacity as a public employee he too would have his bill paid for by the tax payer. He is not being sued, he is the one taking legal action in a personal capacity.
If you can recall Sam Dastyari donations issue brought him down and rightly so. We were able to find out who his donors were. How do we find out who Porters donor/s are??
